Jay Wallace

Jay Wallace was an expert when it came to Forensic Science.  Wallace was the go to person by many law enforcement agencies when it came to conducting evidence collection and forensic examination.  Mr. Wallace retired from the Bridgeton Police Department in 1998.  Till this day, Mr. Wallace is admired for the services he provided to many police agencies.
